The content I'm trying to use isn't working. How do I fix it?
If you are having any issues with our library, we ask you to contact our support staff with the following information: type of content you're trying to access (book, music, etc.), title of the piece of content, and type of device you're using. We'll look into the problem and get back to you with a solution ASAP. We aim to answer all questions within 24 hours.
What should I do if I have another technical question?

I've cancelled my membership. How do I confirm the cancellation went through?
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your cancellation. The message will be sent to the email you provided upon creating your account. If you need to update your email, you can speak to a representative or use the contact form. If you do not receive the notice of cancellation in your email, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact a support representative.

I cancelled my membership, but I'm still being charged. Why?
If you cancelled your membership and received an email confirming the cancellation, you should no longer be charged your monthly subscription fees. If there has been some mistake, we ask you to contact a representative right away so that we can correct the error.
What is your policy for cancelling memberships?
Memberships may be cancelled at any time, with no penalties. Once your membership is cancelled, you can continue to access your account for the remainder of your term. You should no longer be billed for your subscription after your account has been cancelled.
Can I get a refund on my membership or purchased content?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing the content, were the victim of fraud, or your account was billed accidentally.
- The website did not deliver the experience that you expected.
